Human Resources Assistant - full time. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solve effectively, be detail-oriented and work independently, as well as be a team player. This position will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all aspects of HR including, FMLA, tracking time-off, onboarding, terminations, generating and analyzing reports, and progressive counseling techniques. Proficiency in Word (business correspondence) and Excel required. Knowledge of HR laws/practices required. High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree desired.

Office Assistant - full time; M–F, 8a–5p, to perform general office functions and run errands daily. The successful candidate(s) will be detail oriented and able to multi-task effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Data entry experience a plus. Must have clean driving record.

Operations Technology Assistant - full time; M-F; 9a – 6p. The successful candidate must have extensive computer experience, including in-depth knowledge of Excel.  Qualcomm & Android knowledge a plus.  Must be detail-oriented and able to problem solve effectively with little supervision.  Ability to train and communicate effectively with others. This position includes extended hours at a computer daily. The primary duties of this position are more Admin/Office support related not IT hardware/software troubleshooting related.

Lead Diesel Mechanic 2nd Shift - The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers under minimal supervision. Repairs will include preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, air and hydraulic brake repairs, driveline, steering & suspension, electrical trouble-shooting, AC, plus other duties as assigned.  Some heavy lifting, climbing, bending, carrying required in performance of job.  Virginia State Inspection License preferred.  Competitive pay and benefits

Operations Dispatcher - FULL-TIME; 5:30p-2a Wed-Fri, 6p-2a Sat-Mon, off Tues and every other weekend.  The successful candidate will communicate effectively, be detail-oriented, a team player, able to work with little supervision when necessary, handle breakdown situations, accidents, driver questions, give proper directions, and have the ability to problem solve effectively.  Knowledge of Excel required. Knowledge of dispatching software helpful.  Walking up and down steps and yard, sitting at computer screen, and climbing into trucks will be required. Must be available holidays.
