Lead Diesel Mechanic-2nd Shift (2015-004) – Mon - Fri.; 4:30pm to 1:00am. The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers under minimal supervision. Repairs will include preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, air and hydraulic brake repairs, driveline, steering & suspension, electrical trouble-shooting, AC, plus other duties as assigned.  Some heavy lifting, climbing, bending, carrying required in performance of job.  CDL-A or Virginia State Inspection License a plus.  Competitive pay and benefits.
 
Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic (2015-005) – The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers under minimal supervision. Repairs will include preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, air and hydraulic brake repairs, driveline, steering & suspension, electrical trouble-shooting, AC, plus other duties as assigned.  Some heavy lifting, climbing, bending, carrying required in performance of job.  Virginia State Inspection License a plus.
  
Commercial Truck Washer (2015-014) – Mon. - Fri.; 4:30pm to 1:00am.  The successful candidate will be able to perform tasks including washing the entire outside of commercial tractorsThe ideal candidate would have prior experience with power pressure washing system and experience with basic shop operations. Some heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, bending, carrying will be required in performance of the job.  Must possess valid driver’s license; Commercial Driver’s License (Class A) a plus. Competitive pay and benefits.
 
Parts Clerk (2015-015) – Mon.- Fri.; 11:00am to 7:30pm; full-time and part-time.  The successful candidate will have computer experience and handle all aspects of our parts inventory.  Previous experience helpful.  Some heavy lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, and carrying required in performance of job.
 
Programmer Analyst (2015-021) –  The successful candidate will be able to design, develop, and evaluate programs for internal functional areas at our headquarters in Mt. Crawford, VA. BA degree in related field or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering required. Must be detail-oriented and work well independently. SQL, data analysis, and reporting experience is required.  Competitive pay and benefits.
 
Tire Technician (2015-026) – M-F; 8-5.The successful candidate will provide light mechanical and tire service to Commercial Trucks and Trailers. Must possess strong mechanical abilities. At least 3 months of relevant commercial truck service experience is preferred. Commercial Driver’s License (Class A) a plus. Previous experience a plus.  Competitive pay and benefits. 
 
Driver Specialist (2015-028)  Fri, Sat, Sun; 7p-7a (pays 40 hours).  The successful candidate will communicate effectively and professionally, be detail-oriented, a team player, able to work with little supervision when necessary. Duties include but not limited to: handling breakdown situations, accidents, driver questions, giving proper directions, and problem solving effectively.  Knowledge of Excel required. Knowledge of dispatching software and Qualcomm helpful.  Walking up and down steps and yard and climbing into trucks will be required. This position includes extended hours at a computer and handling a large volume of calls daily. Must be available holiday.
  
Safety Compliance Specialist (2015-030) - The successful candidate will be able to enforce company safety & compliance programs by using their knowledge of state and federal laws governing the trucking /transportation industry. Associate’s degree (A.A.) or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus. Commercial Driver’s License preferred. Competitive pay and benefits. 
 
Service Coordinator (2015-029) - 8:00am to 5:00pm; Mon. – Fri. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solve effectively, be detail-oriented and be a team player. Proficiency in Word and Excel required. Primarily tasked with coordinating breakdown service for the fleet and scheduling PM Service. 1-2 years of previous experience resolving commercial motor vehicle maintenance issues and/or breakdowns and high school diploma/equivalent required. Must possess mechanical aptitude. Experience with Omnitrac or LoadTrek a plus.

Regional Driver Supervisor to provide frontline leadership to a group of drivers within a specific geographic region in North Carolina. Responsible for managing driver performance, route scheduling, equipment maintenance scheduling, and collaborating with all functional groups to meet operational goals. 1-5 years of experience in transportation industry plus 3+ years supervisory experience is required. Experience in transportation, supply chain or logistics is required. Commercial Driver’s License is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits.
